Meet Laurie!

I’m a brand portrait photographer for women 45+ who want to show up confidently in their business, career, and life. As a creative director—and a woman over 50—I understand the unique challenges and incredible opportunities that come with this stage.

Many of the women I work with aren’t waiting for the “perfect moment” or a perfect version of themselves. They’re experienced, capable, and ready to be seen—even if stepping in front of the camera brings up a few jitters. They know visibility matters, and they’re willing to lean into the process because they have something important to share.

That’s why my process is designed to meet you where you are and help you prepare for the spotlight. I take time to get to know you, your work, and how you want to be seen, then guide you through each step so you show up with clarity and intention. This isn’t a rushed, cookie-cutter experience—it’s a thoughtful collaboration built around your goals.

With more than 20 years in brand design and storytelling, I know that powerful portraits start with preparation. I help you choose clothing that reflects your style and message, select locations that support your story, and work with trusted hair and makeup artists who make you look polished—but still like yourself on a really good day.

On shoot day, I guide you through poses, expressions, and setups that feel natural, not stiff. You’ll have space to relax, breathe, and even have a little fun—because when you feel at ease, your true presence shows up.

Whether we’re creating images for your website, LinkedIn, speaking engagements, or press features, my goal is to deliver photos that work hard for you—images that reflect your confidence, experience, and leadership.

Because photography isn’t just about a flattering picture. It’s about creating a visual representation of your presence, your voice, and everything you bring to the table at this stage of life. When you step into that, you don’t just get noticed—you connect. You inspire trust. And you remind people—most importantly, yourself—that your story is worth telling right now, exactly as you are.
