Laura Reoch - September Days Photography
Meet Laura!
Laura Reoch is a Bay Area–based portrait and brand photographer who brings a rare blend of artistry, intuition, and clarity to every shoot. With over two decades of experience in photography and graphic design, she is the founder of September-Days, a studio known for photographing founders and creatives. Her sweet spot is helping people feel grounded, confident, and actually love their photos.
Laura specializes in photographing people who care deeply about their work and the way it shows up in the world. Her clients are often one-person powerhouses or close-knit teams who value authenticity, thoughtfulness, and long-term vision over trends. She is especially drawn to those building something meaningful from the ground up, and her work reflects that care and intention.
Her approach is unhurried and human. Sessions are designed to feel calm, collaborative, and spacious, allowing people to settle into themselves rather than perform for the camera. Laura often weaves together environmental portraits, interiors, lifestyle imagery, and subtle brand moments to create cohesive visual libraries that feel honest, elevated, and deeply personal. The result is imagery that not only looks beautiful, but feels aligned with a person's mission. Each gallery is thoughtfully curated into a collection of photographs clients return to again and again as their businesses evolve.
Laura’s work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Marin Living, and San Francisco Magazine, among other print and online publications. She is a trusted photographer for repeat clients across the wellness, architecture, design, and editorial spaces, and many of her client relationships span years rather than single projects.
Beyond photography, Laura is a lover of slow mornings, the ocean air, baking sourdough bread, and traveling the world. She has a deep love for natural light, beautiful design, and meaningful conversation, and believes that the lens you see yourself through matters — both in photographs and in life.
